Rayudu Dhananjaya - President & CEO
Rayudu brings in over 16 years of rich global experience spanning across several geographies. He has held numerous executive management and line positions with companies that have experienced substantial growth or recovery - during innovation and/or evolution stages. With a proven track record of building long term strategic ODC relationships with Fortune companies, Rayudu is the driving force of Stixis Technologies’ strategic direction and market focus.

Gopi Nath - Vice President, North America Operations
Gopi Nath having over 15+ years of experience is a seasoned executive with strong domestic and international technology outsourcing experience. He brings with him a wealth of consulting, administrative experience and deeply involved in defining the strategic direction for North America Operations. He is responsible for maintaining strong long-standing relationships with key accounts. His expertise lies in services and building relationships with customers by providing high quality experience through a motivated team of engineers and service representatives. He has a penchant for Quality & Processes, which has benefited customers & staff alike. His administrative acumen with a keen commercial sense matched with savvy for Technology is in the forefront of his leadership.

Prior to joining Stixis Gopi held consulting, and managerial positions with several international companies like 7-Eleven, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, PNC Bank etc.


Venkat Chowdary - Vice President, Operations and Delivery
Venkat has over a decade of experience in the field of Information Technology. He has extensively worked on midrange, mainframe and open system platforms. Was responsible to setup offshore dedicated centers (ODC) for large customers, involved in implementing proven methodology for Development, Maintenance, Re-engineering, Enhancement and Migration for application running on different platforms and instrumental in building offshore dedicated technical team based on the customer technology requirements. He has proven experience in Project Management using ISO 9000 and SEI CMM guidelines. He has built cohesive teams, and motivates team members to produce quality work. Within short span, he is able to bring in new processes, high productivity and customer centric solutions. He has spearheaded many high-end customized software solutions on various technologies.

Before joining Stixis, Venkat has worked with Citibank, AT&T, M&T Bank etc. on several business initiatives.


Surajit Bhuyan - Vice President, Global Sales
Surajit develops and leads the implementation of winning sales and marketing strategies at Stixis. He has over a decade’s experience in building and establishing long-term ODC contracts. He is responsible for the company's end-to-end sales activities, including revenue generation, business development and sales engineering, as well as expanding strategic partnerships. With his proactive approach, Surajit brings in high vibrancy to the organization. His exemplary behavior sets a unique example for his successful forays that include penetrating the emerging markets.

Venkat Kishore - Vice President, Human Resources
Kishore brings in more than 15 years of experience and is responsible for the company's overall global human resources practices and policies that support Stixis's talent management strategy.  He is a senior Human Resource executive who consistently demonstrates an outstanding ability to manage, lead employees, lead and transform organizations, and communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels. With his abilities and result-oriented approach, he has been driving the company single handedly in helping Stixis manage the top technology brains of today.

Prior to joining Stixis, Kishore has held several senior human resources positions, including executive recruiting, employee communications, executive coaching and development, leadership development and technical education.


Ajay Danait - Vice President, Global Agile Strategies
Ajay has over 12+ years of experience in helping enterprises to create an end-to-end product development environment, where value added activities are maximized, quality of work life is elevated, and customer expectations are consistently delivered. He is an Agile methodologist, embodying the skills of an technical architect, facilitator, coach, and mentor. Ajay is also an acknowledged authority and a well known name in the Agile fraternity for his numerous innovative papers and talks to great critical acclaim.

Earl Peck - Advisor, Corporate Strategies
Earl is a leading industry visionary and an accomplished international executive with diverse experience in Business Operations, Technology Innovations, Business Processes and Outsourcing. He has comprehensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Corporate Integrations. Earl has also held senior leadership positions at billion dollar public and private corporations as well as startups, including Allnet Communications, Frontier Communications, Midcom Communications, Excel Communications, VarTec Telecom, ClearTel Communications, and DGFastChannel.

As a dynamic leader, Earl makes decisions rapidly, based on risk versus return evaluations aligned with long-term strategic vision and corporate objectives by integrating immediate needs with long-term effective and efficient corporate solutions. He reengineered $130+ million budget and the management of 750 personnel throughout the United States and Western Europe resulting in $23 million savings within the first 3 months. He created and managed an IT Enterprise Hardware and Software contract strategy reducing corporate expenditures from $20 Million to $7 Million. Earl led an onshore and offshore Information Technology initiative to successfully complete $16 million of mission critical enterprise projects requiring over 90 + major software releases in a single year. He drove the growth of a $2 million, 150 offshore employee corporation by almost 300% to $7.5 million in revenue and 300+ employees, resulting in its profitable sale to an international services corporation, all in a 9-month period. He attained $100+ million in savings during merger and recovery operations and software application rescues.

Earl was awarded the ITEC CIO Executive of the Year for extraordinary achievements and is also a Malcolm Balridge award applicant. He has served on the advisory board of Evolutionary Technologies International.
